Clare's Wish Foundation

Clare’s Wish Foundation was founded in 2013 and is supported entirely by individuals, businesses and community groups.
We are the only Irish charity dedicated to providing wishes exclusively to adults with terminal illnesses.

Our Mission:
To Grant a last Wish for Adults with a terminal medical illness in all counties of Ireland.
To enrich and enhance their quality of life.
A Wish granted provides respite from the normal routines of Hospital, doctors and treatments.
We believe that a wish granted can have a lasting impact that involves the whole family & create memories that last a lifetime.
