Furry Friends Animal Rescue & Sanctuary was founded in March 1999 by Emma Semple in Surrey, UK.

Furry Friends was a small venture up until 2019 when the rescue was moved to Charlestown in Mayo for expansion.

Since then we have helped hundreds of animals and through working with established rescues in the area, have become well known to the area.

We are strictly non destruct except for animals that are terminal and suffering and operate a neutering and non breeding policy for all animals rehomed.
